Cancelations & Refunds Policy
Cancelations:
Can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the activities start time for a full refund.
In the event of any of the following reasons:

Customer No-show,

Late arrival without prior notification or that exceeds 10min after the departure time,

Last minute cancelation of any kind,
The full amount that has been paid will not be refunded except on the condition of a medical emergency which will require a hospital form as proof.
In the event that the company cancels the activity for any reason, customers will be offered to reschedule for another time. If unable then a full refund will be issued.
Reschedules:
Bookings can be rescheduled any number of times up to 24 hours in advance of the activity depending on availability. Any reschedules inside of the 24hour window will cost an additional fee of 15€ per person booked.
Reschedules cannot be made if conflicting with the cancelation rule listed above.
