• The option of flying alone or together with friends and family.

  • It's important to note that weight restrictions and weather conditions strictly apply to all flights on the day.

  • 200kg is recommend as the maximum weight for the optimum parasailing experience in most conditions, our crew will recommend the best flying options on the day.

• Up to 1300ft (400m) of towable parasailing line to reach heights of up to 650ft (200m)

​

• Top notch equipment that is maintained and replaced annually.

​

• An optional dip of your feet and/or legs in the water when the captain brings you close to the water at the end of the flight.

​

• 12 to 15 minutes flight time from start to finish.

​

• The activity itself typically takes up to 1.5 hours to complete all flights booked, please be aware of this when booking.

• You are welcome to bring sunglasses and water onboard during your trip.

​

• Electronic devices such as phones and tablets are not recommended and should only be taken onboard if waterproofed or insured.

​

• All personal belongings you take with you are strictly your responsibility. We will not be held accountable for damage or loss of any items taken onboard the boats.

​

• Try to arrive atleast 15min before your activity time. Traffic on the Costa del Sol can be unpredictable, especially in the summer months, so please keep this in mind. We run a tight schedule in summer months and delays can severely impact the entire day for everyone.

​

• Failure to arrive on time may result in your booking being lost and non refundable.

​

• Easily accesible parking that is available inside Puerto Marina right next to our meeting point.

​

• All participants are required to present their tickets/booking reference to the main desk on arrival to check in before preparing with the crew.

​

• Please keep in mind that our staff are in the local tourism & service industry and rely heavily on gratuity from customers, tips are not required but highly appreciated!

​Anybody is welcome to come a fly with us, from ages 4 years and up, however please be aware of the following conditions:

Participants under 18 years:

​​

• Participants aged 4 - 12 years may fly with a responsible adult.

​

• Participants aged 13 - 15 years may fly together without an adult but must have a responsible person onboard the boat during the trip.

​

• Participants aged 16 - 17 years may do the activity themselves with parental consent and do not require anybody onboard.

​

Important note: As we do not reserve spectators in advance, it is important for parents that are required to be onboard to inform us prior to booking!

​

If there are other minors not flying that cannot be separated from parents, customers are required to inform us well in advance to ensure there is additional space available. Minors cannot be left unattended onboard the boat or at the office for safety and legal reasons at any given time.

​

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations for minors without parents present or if a booking has not be labelled with a parental space required.​

 

​Participants with physical disabilities:​

• While we encourage anyone to come and try out parasailing, wheelchairs are not allowed onboard, therefore it is required that some form of mobility is possible for anyone with a physical disability.

​

• You must inform us in advance of booking if you require additional aid as this needs to be prearranged beforehand.

​

Spectators: 

• Spectators are welcome to come and watch providing there is remaining space available at the time of the activity for a fee of 10€. We do not reserve seats in advance for spectators.

​

• We can take a maximum of 12 people onboard at any given time, with priority going to those doing the activity, if a space is required for someone doing the activity that a spectator currently holds that isnt a required seat then this space will be given to a participant instead. Any fee that has been paid will be refunded.​
