Season 2025 has barely begun and with Easter promptly around the corner, the crew of Pirate Parasailing are already out on the sea, but not yet for the general public!

Instead, as with every season that passes, the 5-Star EPPA Training Center welcomes more new students to its first annual training course of the year.
Those enrolled this time hail from all corners of Europe, eager to learn the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a successful parasailing operation with the core European Professional Parasailing Association lessons behind every practical and theory class. Each year these lessons are revised and updated, making training an absolute requirement for such a volatile watersport that is increasingly growing in popularity across Europe and the rest of the world.
Ofcourse, as with any course, each student must complete a number of physical tasks, such as correct handling of equipment, parasailing operations basics, emergency proceedures and safety briefings and learn a number of theory based lessons to memory such as general parasailing terms, correct handling methods, maritime law, FAA law and meteorology to mention only a few.
At the end of what can only be described as an intense week in what seems to be an early summer heatwave on the Costa del Sol, the students will sit a written exam and face a practical exercise to test their skills and be scored accordingly. If all is well, many will pass with flying colours thanks to Pirate Parasailings training methods and each student will be officially registered on the EPPA system as licenced parasailing crew, receiving certificates and licence cards as proof of completion.
Best of luck to everyone on the current course!
